- Coordinate with the partner / client to get and understand the requirement for the desired candidate.
- Search for the desired profile candidates on job portals (naukri.com, iimjobs.com), use networking platforms (LinkedIn), and also use personal network / reference if needed.
- Source - Screen - Shortlist candidate profiles received.
- Forward the suitable candidate profiles to the partner / client.
- Follow up with the candidate and the partner to find the mutual convenient time to schedule the interview.
- Take constant follow up from both the parties to know the progress.
- Maintain the progress of each candidate in the employee tracker.
Job Location - Khar (W) 5 mins from Khar station.
Candidates from western line would be preferred.
CTC - Negotiable, would be discussed in the interview.
